I go out of my way to not use cash.
Don't like carrying it for one and I have yet to encounter a situation in which using my bank card hasn't worked.
I only use cash for special purchases that I don't want added to any type of official transaction history… on enough damn watch lists as it is.

If you leave your purse in a restaurant, can I pick it up and keep EVERYTHING in it? Credit cards, car and house keys, cell phone, cash? Remember, I did not see you leave it there!! that's different... an identifiable possession... *shrug* i was talking about an unmarked untraceable envelope... even though we know it belonged to someone... / It was not untraceable. She knew exactly what was in it and where she dropped it. Let's say it is still your purse but nothing with your name on it inside. But it still contained a bunch of your "unmarked untraceable " possessions like cash. It's the same thing when you said "even though we know it belonged to someone..."
