Ron Paul's name wasn't even mentioned on any of the Sunday MSM shows...it's like he doesn't even exist. What does it take to get some pf you to realize that Rick Perry is the Bilderberg globalists candidates picK? *eyes roll a thousand times* Jeez! The elite mainstream media has gotten the talking points to forget Ron. Here's John Stewart doing a little funny expose on this. Yeah funny but sad because IMO most Americans still haven't figured out that their media does NOT have their best interest.

Another follow up and another point to why he won't go far.
Still my main man though! ;D

Oh Ron. we hardly knew ye.
I said it would happen and it did. Our man Ron Paul started going on about he border fence keeping Americans in instead of keeping Mexicans out. At, roughly, 9:20 this evening Ron Paul became Alex Jones.
Fin.

The only thing is he's probably right! As per usual the federal government has screwed up. I'll just post you one small example......... www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/border_security/ti/ti_news/sbi_fence/img_8327.xmlThat is somehow going to stop vehicles? Lol! And you may have missed his point about the phony drug wars and not giving illegals the freebies. But the point is that mainstream ignores him at every turn as in point see if you see any mentions or his picture beside the 2nd page small group lovefest............ www.nytimes.com/2011/09/08/us/politics/08debate.html?pagewanted=1&_r=1Anybody that makes their decision on soundbite douchebaggery bozo so called debates gets the damn falling to pieces country and more of it!

Pretty sure those military donations are going to soon end considering he said we should stop paying for ac in the green zone and apply that money to FEMA, because then all our boys would come home

Anybody else notice the giant noose RP hung himself with last night? Or was that just me?

I didn't see anything like that. His defense stance has been consistent for years and shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone. I did, however, see Perry looking like a total dweeb. Honestly, I was disappointed in the lot of them. I think Paul is too soft, but the rest of them seem to be engaged in a contest to see who can leave the most great smoking craters around the world. That, of course, is when they can manage to disengage their lips from the backside of Israel.

I was extremely impressed with Newt.
And regardless of RP's stance… my God he does realize that there is no such thing as being able to turn the hands of time back to 1890 right?

I can't decide if that's his plan or if he just explains himself so poorly that people think it is. If we had a guy with his ideas and Clinton's charisma we would really have something to work with.

I don't think so…
For all intents and purposes he wants 'Island America' A place that can be isolated from the rest of the world and basically functional only as a minimally controlled anarchy.
It's just not possible anymore… The world is a much smaller place than it was when the nation was founded, hell smaller even than 50 years ago, or 10 for that matter…
We simply cannot exist as a nation or society with the foreign affairs policy being 'Let them sort it out on their own.' While hanging a 'No soliciting' sign on the door.
The world is a more dynamic and fluid place than that, we have to be just as dynamic and fluid or we will be swallowed under.
I mean really… in essence he wants us to return to America pre-WWI. Isolationist, minimal military, almost non-existent federal regulations, limited diplomatic contact or trade with the rest of the world… Now while I agree with his point that we are regulated to death, the solution, a real solution, is not anywhere close to what he proposes.

I don't see him saying that at all. One of his best examples is Vietnam. Look what we've accomplished by trading with them in stead of bombing them. The greatest American export is not the fact that we can put a hole in the ground anywhere on the planet on very short notice, it's the force of our ideas. That's a force that cannot be delivered at gunpoint.
Look again and you'll see him saying "let's trade with people instead of attacking them".
