I thought there should be a place to put info on the "facts" our Presidential wanna-be's (all sides of the aisle) are spouting. Since the Republicans are debating (or should I say debasing) each other right now, I though I would start out with this: news.yahoo.com/fact-check-slippery-assertions-gop-debate-032527744.htmlI know, the notion of being an informed voter is against everything we, as Americans, stand for.

One wonders why these guys just don't tell the truth the first, or at least the second, time. It's not like Owl Gore's internet is going to give them a pass.

Hence my reason for not paying any attention to debates. The pundits won't even bother to challenge anything the candidates say. All the talk will be about who ''won'' the debate.

I have to admit that I've been enjoying the debates this cycle. The new methods of getting questions from the public are producing much better questions and, so far, the moderators have done pretty decently at extracting some semblance of an answer to the original question.
Last night's was the worst about going off topic but at least it wasn't the total side show that we've seen in the past.
