Okay, does anyone know why it takes so very long for my iTunes application to open so I can do stuff with my iPod? Is it the fact that it's an Apple product being used on a PC?

Generally I know that if my daughters takes a while to open up, it is because she hasn't done the latest updates. Not sure if that is your case. Don't know alot in this area, because I mp3 more than I iTune. I think the time before last, her iTunes wouldn't open and come to realize, it was because they were doing updates on their pages without any alerts. Same thing happens with my sons xbox live. We think it is our wireless and turns out to be xbox updating on their end. I hate it when i don't get alerts!!!!!!!
Sorry I am not much help, hopefully someone will come along that is!

Is it just iTunes or is it all programs??
If it's all programs then your computer itself might be slowing down. If it's just iTunes then hell i don't know.

iTunes takes longest but it seems to include the other programs as well.
What causes computers to slow down, other than having lots of stuff on the hard drive?
