So, I'm trying to load this software package onto my PC and I get about 2/3s of the way through it and then it tells me "PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE" but my PC does not have any ANY key. I can't get through to tech support--their line is always busy. What can I do about this?

Back to your question, anytime you see that instruction, hit the ENTER key, every keyboard has one of those. That will solve this issue for you everytime. Hope that helps.
