This is where I won't be dining anymore.
Over a period of three years I've eaten there three times, not impressed any of the three...but I believe in giving a restaurant more than one chance in most cases. I tried a different dish each time, three strikes, they're out. It's the food, not the service or atmosphere.
In fairness this could simply be a matter of 'taste'.

Every time I eat there, they find a new way to suck. The shrimp po boy has about four large shrimp... with the tails still on them. How am I supposed to eat a shrimp sandwich that still has the tails? Do they expect me to dig in there and clean my own shrimp?
There is only one thing on the menu that Mrs. Fredo can eat (vegetarian), and she tires of eating the same stupid salad every time. The building is great. The view is great. The prices aren't too unreasonable for the venue. The food, however, just plain stinks.

I have only eaten there once. When I was still working, my dept went there for lunch one day. I was not impressed. Is there anywhere in this area that you can get fried oysters? I heard they had them, but I didn't try them there.

I have been there twice. Both times I never thought the food was worth the price. It really wasn't that good, nor different enough to keep going. To me, it is deff a try it once and move on place.

Good place to go for a drink. THeir beer selection is pretty bad, but the white haired gal behind the bar makes a pretty good martini.

we went for the first time last night. it was a logical choice as we were meeting people who'd been in the hooch.
for the amount of money we spent it was less than expected in quality & service. i would never suggest it to anyone.

You would be stunned at how frequently I am forced to instruct bartenders on the makeup of a proper martini. It's pretty sad really. Bryan down at Northshore grill, and the blonde guy with the ponytail(I should know his name by now) at foodworks are the only real bartenders in town.
