Mrs Fredo and I went here for lunch Friday morning.
I freakin' love it. It reminds me of all those little diner type places that I find in much cooler towns.
I had a spanakopita omelet with a little gyro meat added. It was chock full of fresh spinach, onions, feta and a little mozzarella. Yum.
Mrs Fredo had the Cilantro lime tofu hash. It's a combination of all these ingredients along with some peppers, tomatoes and red potatoes and bit of turmeric, mixed together and sauteed. It's lovely to look at as well as really tasty.
Good coffee, fresh OJ and a nice little setting. My only gripe is the lack of a free range egg option.

what is that on top of your omlette? It's a little slice of gyro meat. The hours are early in the morning until 2pm M-F and open until 1pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday. Judging by the amount of business that I see them doing, they're going to need to extend those hours a bit and open on Sunday. I bet they would do a killer Sunday brunch business.

It is near impossible for me to get there during their open hours. That said, I do know that they are ministers & have other responsibilities. It is a family operation and I think that they came from Florida.

I had lunch there today. The triple decker sandwich was very good, as was the potato salad, but it was served cold and not toasted. I do like the place.. I will go again
