A friend and I had lunch at Sugar's last Friday. She had their Big Chicken sandwich and grilled corn sticks. I had a half-slab of ribs, grilled corn sticks and potato salad. The service was fine and the food was brought to us quickly. We were both pleased as the food was very tasty. The proportion of her meal was adequate and mine was more than I could eat, the ribs are huge. They keep several different (BBQ) sauces on the table and the waitress checked on us twice during our meal. These are the same folks who own Boathouse Rotisserie & Raw Bar(Riverside Drive) and Canyon Grill(Lkt. Mtn.) www.sugarsribs.com/our-food/

I took some of the boys there for lunch one day. I'm not a big rib fan, but they got some good pulled pork.

Sugars' prices are getting outrageous.
Half slab of ribs, potato salad, slaw and drink is now over $20.
This has pretty much been my standard meal there the last couple years and the price for it has nearly doubled. I know food prices have risen but it seems a bit ridiculous especially comparing to other restaurants.
