Most excellent Sugar. I wish you all the success. The exercise thing is the most important. How many calories are taken in are no where near as important as how you burn them. If you stay active enough to burn 5000 calories a day, then an 4000 calorie per day diet isn't that big of an issue. Problem is, most people's daily burn is 2500 while intake is 3500

Sanding that floor is going to help! I just got one of these to help me get some exercise. I used to run stairs all the time but can't do it these days. I look stupid on it but I'll get used the stares eventually.

I was not that big before. I ask my wife and she says she has known dozens who have lost 30 40 and even 50lbs but as soon as they quit they gained it all back and then some. She also said it's hard to stay on it (as her case) when you have to feed the family.

As with any diet, it is a lifestyle change that will keep the wait off.

Well, I stayed on the diet without cheating for 4 weeks (except the time I went to happy hour but I had red wine). Lost 11 lbs. I quit the diet for 2 weeks and I started back this week. So far so good. Thanks for asking!
If I lose 10 more lbs, I'll be down to my goal weight which is my pre-pregnancy weight.
