Steak!!! Yeah!!! Manfood!!! This is easy, delicious, and not too terribly bad for you. T-Bone Steak with Bacon-Mushroom SauceEase of Prep: Cook Time: Kitchen Cleaning Afterward: Taste: Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 26 min Makes: 2 servings Ingredients:2 beef T-bone steaks (1 lb.), 1 inch thick 5 slices thick cut bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces 1 pkg. (1/2 lb.) sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup Steak Sauce (I used A.1) 1/4 cup dry sherry or water 1 tsp. brown sugar InstructionsHEAT grill to medium. Grill steaks 7 to 8 min. on each side or to medium doneness (160ºF). MEANWHILE, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Drain bacon on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon, steak sauce, sherry and sugar. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. SERVE steaks topped with mushroom sauce.
