WOW....................unbelievable. Fantastic. The waitstaff was perfect, the food was perfect. Even sat at the "chefs bar" and chatted with them while they cooked. Got some NICE freebie appetizers. It was like I had my own personal group!
This is not for the cheap at heart, but if you have the dime one night, I would seriously consider eating there. They stated they usually don't have a busy dinner, but lunch and breakfast have loads of people eating. I liked the dinner, it seemed much more initimate. And did I say the food was FABULOUS! Best scallops I have ever had! If you go, ask to be seated in Robs area. Harris was our chef that night, and damn, does he go out of his way. Makes some tasty stuff of his own too! We had the steak, scallops, lobster mac n cheese(awesome, with HUGE hunks of lobster) We had the surf n turf appetizer (shrimp and lamb) we had the crab cakes, we had the fried quail with grits, horsey mashed potatoes. Damn, I think we had a little bit of everything they serve! Even the brulee for dessert! If you want to try an entree as a side dish , just ask, and they will give you a nice size portion for a side dish (that's how i got the lobster mac n cheese) Anywhoms , here is the website for them :http://www.chattanooganhotel.com/Dining/broadstreet.asp

Let me add, the menu you see online is a little different from the one in the restaurant. Though the chef told me they create new items all the time and add them to the menu, or change up. If you don't see enough veggie plates. Just ask. They love to create new stuff on the spot! Like I stated, the dinner is the slowest of their day, so they let people take advantage of it. Our chef had just made a sesame sauce to go with the lamb and shrimp. He had just created it that evening. Talk about yummy!
