It's better than No-Salt. Ouch. You'll adjust unfortunately. Your taste buds should. I hope.

Scrabble is better. Fried potatoes and onions, add Johnsville smoked anduille sausage links chopped, add mushrooms, green peppers (olives optional) and when all is cooked then crack 6 or 7 eggs over the top. Don't scramble alot but just turn every once in awhile to make sure the eggs are cooked. Serve biscuits and gravy on the side! ;D DELICIOUS!!!

Cook it once and try it... Put in it what you like... Just once! The potatoes and onions make it!

Here's a little something I like to do for breakfast.
Take a little Pyrex bowl(about the width of your fist) and put half an English muffin in the bottom.( You can substitute another bread)
Add a couple of strips of bacon or some ham.
Add a smattering of your choice of cheese
Top that with some sauteed peppers, onions or whatever else you have handy
Add two well beaten eggs to the top of the whole deal
Throw it in the oven at around 300 degrees for around a half hour.
When you remove it from the oven, invert the bowl and drop thewhole thing onto a plate
Top with salsa and have a mimosa.
Tasty stuff and super easy.
