My daughter and I ate lunch Saturday at a place on Frazier Ave. called Good Dog. Their specialty is hot dogs (duh). All beef, good flavor, a nice "snap" when you bite into them. A little pricey; $14 for two dogs (with multiple toppings) fries and cokes.
All in all a good dog. For my tastes, I prefer Griffin's footlongs.

Where do they think they are? NYC?

I'm sorry, but to me, nothing beats a Nathan's Bun Length roasted at home. I LOVE Nathan's Hot Dogs

I found out that "Good Dogs" uses Nathan's hot dogs.
I like Nathan's and Hebrew National (on the grill whenever possible).

i grill on the stove... start out with a little bit of water to plump them up... then cook 'em down to dry and grill 'em the rest of the way done.
i learned this from alton brown's Good Eats.

That's the way I do 'em too when the weather does not permit outdoor grilling. Alton Brown has a really interesting show. And quirky. One of my favorites.

My favorite dog in town (besides the Mighty Jewel) is from Bleacher Bums down in Miller Park.

My favorite dog in town (besides the Mighty Jewel) is from Bleacher Bums down in Miller Park. Is that a street vendor or is it in an actual building?

It's an actual location. It's on the far right corner as you face Subway. Just to the right of the big stage.
