The All American Roastburger
I know you've seen the commercials about how this isn't one of those "greasy burgers".... oh really? Let's compare...
All American Roast Burger: 420 calories, 18 grams of fat, 6 grams saturated fat, 1 gram trans fat, 1390 sodium, 46 carbs, & 40 cholesterol.
McDonald's Quarter pounder: 510 calories, 19 grams of fat, 7 grams saturated fat, 1 gram trans fat, 730 sodium, 37 carbs, & 65 cholesterol.
Note that there's not very much difference between the two. Not enough to make a "we're not greasy" commercial over anyway. In fact, if you have to watch sodium intake, the Roast Burger is deadly. But... if you're watching cholesterol, a 1/4 Pounder ain't the ideal meal...

Let's try a "2/3 lb. Monster Thickburger" from Hardee's. 1420 calories, 108 grams of fat, 43 grams saturated fat, 2770 sodium, 46 carbs, & 230 cholesterol Now that's "GOOD EATS"

i'm thinking that's likely because Arby's roast beef isn't "real" roast beef... it's "lunchmeat" roast beef full of sodium and chemicals for preservatives...
ick.

Probably so. I just get irked when a company tries to make their product sound healthier. They did a really good job of deception though.

Funny though, Carl's Jr. , the west coast Hardee's chain, has that beat... in other words, they outdid themselves...
I give to you, The Carl's Jr. Double Six Dollar Burger
1520 Calories, 111 Grams Fat, 47g Sat Fat, 60g Carbs, 2760 Sodium
