I'm going to make Shrimp Creole tonight for dinner! Minus the celery add green peas at the end before serving. (My grandmother from Baton Rouge made it this way!)

My mother was raised there and moved to Chattanooga with her mom and sister after her father died when she was 17. My grandmother could make the best creole ever!
I didn't have enough time to make it last night because I went walking with my mom at the riverpark after work. So we had spaghetti instead but tonight it's ON!!! ;D
