I just couldn't let all that beautiful bacon grease go to waste. Now I've made a couple of eggs and some toast. Recap: 2 eggs from cage free, grain fed chickens 4 slices organic bacon 2 slices toast made from Mrs Fredo's home made focaccia bread That's a breakfast fit for a petty tyrant. I love breakfast.

yummmmy Fredo. Hahaha, I have some friends who, once a year, have a bacon eat off. They remember the days when they were little and wanted tons of bacon to eat, and weren't allowed to, so they do it now!
And Focaccia bread, fantastic!!!!! Which type did she make?

This round was just a basic herb focaccia, but she has been known to get exotic. Fresh bread is simply the best.

I had Nature's Path Hemp Plus oatmeal along with a cup of coffee for breakfast. Fredo, does your wife use a bread machine? She uses the machine to mix and proof the dough and then bakes it in the regular oven. It really takes the labor out of it for her. This morning: Orange slices and coffee. mmmmmm
