hah, what a spoiled lil brat you are Fredo! Damn!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice chop, looks great! You will have to tell me how she cooks them to appear so great looking. I can never get chops or chicken that I am grilling or broiling to come out correctly.

I can never get chops or chicken that I am grilling or broiling to come out correctly. I marinaded the chop overnight in a little olive oil, some herbs and white wine. After that, it's mostly the oven that makes the difference. We used to broil chops in the toaster oven, but they are much better in the fancy new convection oven. It absolutely amazes me how well it does meat. About 12 minutes in there and a chicken breast or a chop is perfect.

eh, I should of went ahead and purchased a convection oven a few months ago when I bought a new one. Then again, with the difference I can feed my gaming habit! xbox gets expensive sometimes. That plate would make Chef Ramsey proud. Kudos! and if mrs fredo ever gives you the boot, tell her I am available

We didn't put any value on the convection oven. Neither of us had ever used one, but it is absolutely amazing. Bread comes out perfectly browned. The meat comes out cooked exactly the same in the middle as at the edges. You should see what it does to a pizza. I highly recommend picking one up.

Just ate some low country shrimp at River Grille. It's shrimp on a bed of grits with mushrooms, bacon, green onions, tabasco sauce and broiled shrimp. Yum Yum! Ate half and saved the other for lunch tomorrow. Of course the 8 samplings of beer was good to. Except some of those "stout" started walking out the restauraunt on their own until I tackled them and brought them back to the table to be had. ;D
