No, they were directed solely at you, but they went so far over your head, you couldn't see them.
And you missed the point, yet again.
Forcefully, IN WORDS! We type words here, remember? No
force involved. Are you that dense or are you just faking it?
But are you still tired?
These questions?
Brasso? Doesn't work so good.
I haven't disappeared into the woods while on duty, yet, so the question is irrelevant.
I would wear sophisticated hiking boots if I was in the mountains .
I have no idea what he/she
means.
And that relates to this topic, on this board? Please point out one lie, or one incidence of dishonesty that you think I have proffered on any topic, on any board?
That may be harder for you than the sophisticated hiking boot question, but at least try.I am sorry you think that I am not entitled to express an opinion because the taxpayers pay my salary.
So, back to the point...
An LE agency has the right to control what their members say publically and do while on duty, under the color of authority. An LE agency does not have the right to control what it's members say and do while off duty as long as those words and actions are legal.
A freely expressed opinion, proffered while off duty, falls under the old First Amendment. Yep, it actually applies to cops also and that may be why you have this obsessiveness about anything I post. Until Roberts and the Supremes rule otherwise, I think I will continue.
There have been numerous attempts, by some, to squelch my off-duty, lawful, First Amendment rights by cutting and pasting my written words and sending them to IA, Department of Homeland Security and other entities in the hope that since they couldn't silence me with a logical argument, they would silence me using other, more scurrilous (And unlawful) methods.
Seems I am still here and still employed.
I reckon you can learn to deal with it.
Or not.
