As we chit chat, I am having a 6" Italian Herb and Cheese Club from Subway with a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos. Diet Coke to wash it all down. Yummy!

my GF took me to lunch for my BD... grilled chicken sandwich and steak fries w/mucho captain morgans.
plus, my BF stopped in and an old buddy of ours happened by so it was doubly great.

I ended up picking up carry out from Little Tokoyo Express.
Chicken and Shrimp with veggies no noodles or rice with the white sauce.
I still have enough left for dinner! ;D

I do make some kick ass "aunt Beas" (from Andy Griffin show) fried chicken. The trick is to double coat it, then you get crispy. YUMMMY!

I've been known to pick up dinner now and then instead of cooking it. Damn! Your chicken sounds delicious! Someday I'd like to try your kick ass chicken 502blue.
