Zaxby's chicken finger plate with sweet and spicy sauce along with ranch. Ate the coleslaw and chicken and a couple of fries and threw out the bread!

I had a wrap - spinach tort with lettuce, cucumbers, onions, red/yellow/green peppers, cheese, italian dressing and mustard. It was pretty good.

I did. Well, not the tort, but cut up all the stuff to put in.
I am now drinking a fruit smoothie I made with some protein powder in it.

I did the veggie tort again today, that was the last one, I was wanting to use them up.

I did the veggie tort again today, that was the last one, I was wanting to use them up. Their portions are not huge, their selection of veggies is very large and everything is fresh tasting like you make at home. Going tomorrow again if I can. I am trying to eat either veggies and/or salads for lunch and then small dinners with chicken or fish. I have eaten spaghetti (i cooked at home for dinner) this week but without meat substituted mushrooms... I am just trying it to see if it will make a difference for me.

Sounds like you are doing well. One suggestion for the spaghetti, if you get whole wheat noodles instead of the regular, that is going to be better for you.
I know what I am supposed to do - I just don't follow through that well sometimes. I am trying to do better too.
