Well, I think I've officially exhausted the whole pregnancy and delivery portion of this ride, so whenever I have one of my fairly obvious observations about either babies in general or fatherhood, I'll park it here. Since it's now my job to force everyone I meet to look at a picture of my boy, we'll start off this way:

They grow so fast and change all the time. You'll have to take more pics Fredo and post them so that we can watch his growth. He's gonna be a big guy. With a little bit of Canadian blood in him, perhaps someday he can play hockey for the Montreal Canadiens! LOL.

perhaps someday he can play hockey for the Montreal Canadiens! LOL. Who? Think about it. If you live in Quebec you can eat all the poutine you want! The Detroit Red Wings is one of the finest teams in the NHL. The Joe Louis Arena sells the best hot dogs in the world.

Here's a little something that I never thought about and nobody ever told me about.
When you get a new baby, you also get some baby voodoo. It allows you to forget about all of your aversions that pertain to crying babies, peaceful evenings and poo. None of that stuff really matters any more, and it's not because of any over riding affection or sense of duty. They just go away.
That's the neatest thing yet.

It is amazing how the way we think and feel changes when you have your own!!!!

And funnily, also the same reasons why we have none of our own. ;D

How about that?

Fredo, I'm gonna bump this thread when Fredo Jr. is old enough to pull off his own diaper and smear shit all over the crib and walls.

You underestimate the inherently civilized nature of Fredo's son. Kind of like his punctuality? My boy was exactly on time. The doctor just got it wrong.

How's it going with the new son, Fredo? Still in the honeymoon phase where he sleeps all the time? ;D
Is he holding his head up good yet? Don't forget to make him lay on his belly a lot.

does he have his own etrade account yet...? Maybe. He's sleeping pretty well, but it's limited to about 5 or 6 hours at a time. We've been out several times and always had it pretty easy. If he cries, you put something in his mouth and he stops. Babies just aren't very complicated creatures.

There's some photo distortion there. His hands are appropriately sized, but that pic make 'em look like cartoon hands.
